- School Secretary
  Beckman Catholic High School in Dyersville, Iowa seeks a school secretary. This is a hourly, benefit-eligible, 11-month position that would start in January of 2025. The school secretary is responsible for answering phone calls, monitoring and tracking school attendance, filling substitute teacher needs, maintaining office supplies, fulfilling student records requests, maintaining student enrollment and demographic data, and assists as needed with other daily school functions.
  
  Eligible candidates must have a high school diploma. Preferred candidates would have prior experience working in a school setting or office settings and experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and databases. Please see the full job description for more details.

  Job Description
- Part Time Lunch Staff Position
  Beckman Catholic High School is currently accepting applications for the 24-25 School Year for a part time lunch staff position. This position would start mid-August 2024. We are currently looking for a staff member three days a week who help with cleaning and washing dishes. This position would be from 10:00am-1:00pm on Mondays and Tuesdays and 10:30am-1:30pm on Wednesdays. This position does require bending and being able to lift up to 40 pounds. - Substitute School Bus Drivers
  Beckman Catholic is in need of substitute school bus drivers for our daily route as well as for school/sporting events. For the daily route, a Class D with Endorsement 3 license is needed, while for events a CDL and School Bus endorsement is necessary.
